Peasant

  Peasant clothing from the turn of 14th and 15th century consist of linen braies, woolen tied hoses based on Herjolfsnes patterns, inner linen smock, outer woolen tunic, woolen hood and white linen coif (see previous page). Woolen gloves on the left have three fingers (e.g. Luttrell psalter). Next page shows the carry bags.
