Regency slippers

  

 

Handmade slippers are made of leather and trimmed with golden satin and embroidery. Lining of uppers is linen; soles are symmetrical without heels only with leather wedges. Slippers are sewn as a turned shoe with a linen thread mainly according to information at www.mantuadiary.blogspot.com. The slippers are made according to the Tambour – embroidered pointed flat shoes, 1790 – 1805, France, www.shoe-icons.com.
